Description :

Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support agile delivery within a large-scale SAP S / 4HANA and SuccessFactors transformation program. This role drives agile practices across cross-functional ERP teams and ensures alignment between Agile and traditional delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies for 1-2 SAP-focused teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, and SAP consultants on backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, blockers, and risks.
• Support Agile metrics, reporting, and PI Planning.
• Bridge Agile and PMO processes for hybrid delivery.

Compensation :

The hourly rate for this position is between $95.00-$100.00 per hour.
