• Korean IT consulting company Working Location: Plano, Tx Working style: onsite Employment Type : 1-Year contract/W2 Salary: $ 70K~72K annually (DOE) Benefit: 401K match and Insurance Visa Support: Not provided Working Hours: 8:30-5:30 pm Language: Korean & English (Bilingual Required) ▶︎ Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance web-based applications and intranet systems using Java technologies.
• Perform server-side design, programming, and application development.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, analysis, design, coding, testing, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot application issues and quickly adapt to existing business functions and technical system structures.
• Support application maintenance and continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver software solutions.
• Develop and maintain database objects, SQL queries, and PL/SQL procedures.

Assist with UI and application module development as needed. ▶︎ The Right Candidate Will Possess:

Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English. ▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 2~5 years of web-based system development experience, including Java development and maintenance of intranet systems.
• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Korean/English bilingual proficiency required.
• Experience with Java and Full J2EE Stack.
• Experience with Spring Framework.
• Experience with iBatis, Hibernate, and/or JPA.
• Experience with JDBC, JSP/Servlet, Web Services, and JMS.
• Experience with HTML/DHTML, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, and AJAX.
• Experience with Oracle Database Server, SQL, and PL/SQL procedures.
• Strong understanding of application architecture and system maintenance.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver results in a timely manner.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data analytics and visualization tools preferred.
