What Your Role Will Be

As a Clinical Fellow at National Therapy Center, you'll take on a meaningful and impactful caseload working primarily with children. Your responsibilities will include :

Delivering engaging speech and language therapy sessions tailored to each child's needs

Conducting assessments under supervision and contributing to evaluation reports

Collaborating with families, caregivers, and fellow professionals to support communication goals

Participating in supervision meetings and professional development opportunities

Completing all required documentation, including SOAP notes, within agency timelines

Managing your weekly schedule to maintain a minimum of 25 billable client hours

You will be supported every step of the way as you meet the ASHA Clinical Fellowship requirements and work toward independent licensure.

What We're Looking For

A graduate with a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Eligibility to begin the Clinical Fellowship is required by ASHA

Active or pending licensure in Washington, DC, and / or Maryland

A sincere passion for working with children and a drive to grow as a clinician

Professional communication, organization, and a team-first mindset
