Construction Project Manager

Summary : Seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead $20M facility and construction projects, providing engineering leadership and oversight.

Requirements :

Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management or engineering BS Degree in Construction Management or Engineering Ability to read and review engineering and construction drawings Experience managing large capital projects ($20-100 Million) ITAR work regulations compliance

Preferred Skills :

Experience in Med / pharma / life science facilities Professional Engineer (PE) License Proficiency in reading CAD drawings

Responsibilities :

Lead design and construction firms to project completion Liaise with clients and firms for design leadership Ensure adherence to client standards through drawing reviews Manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously

Pay Details : $105.00 to $110.00 per hour
