We're seeking a meticulous Job Cost Accountant to ensure the accurate and timely closure of jobs. As a critical member of our accounting team, you'll oversee job cost reviews, reconcile financial accounts, and support our operations teams in maintaining compliance and completeness. Responsibilities :

• Review job costs for completeness and compliance before closing
• Post journal entries and transactions necessary for job closure
• Reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts
• Enter transactions to maintain accurate financial records
• Collaborate with AP to process overhead expenses and transactions
• Manage purchase orders and coordinate material draw payments
• Communicate effectively with vendors and team members
• Other duties as assigned to support financial operations

Compensation : $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
