As a part-time Real Estate Investment Analyst, you'll simulate the underwriting and presentation work typical in real estate private equity, brokerages, or development firms. Projects include creating Excel-based financial projections (e.g., IRR analyses, cap rate comparisons, and financing structures) and building PowerPoint decks for potential investors or internal approval committees. Through your anonymized real estate deliverables, you'll help AfterQuery compile AI training datasets that capture the nuanced workflows behind property evaluation and acquisition decisions.
