A company is looking for a Director of IT Change Management (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Define and deliver the IT change management strategy and frameworks to drive user adoption

Collaborate with IT and business functions to manage resistance and secure consensus among leaders

Track and analyze adoption metrics to inform decisions and improve change management practices

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in change management or digital transformation, with 5+ years in IT

Proven experience in designing and implementing change management frameworks

Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to assess adoption readiness

Experience in stakeholder management and navigating organizational politics

Relevant certifications in change management are valued but not required
