FP&A Manager

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager to drive financial planning and analysis for its R&D organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the R&D organization

Partner with Engineering and Product leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives

Analyze and report on R&D spend, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities

Required Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting, with 3+ years in a focused FP&A role

Strong analytical and financial skills, proficient in financial modeling and budgeting

Experience with FP&A tools (e.g., Adaptive, Netsuite) and SaaS or cloud business models is a plus

Strong experience with Excel / Google Sheets and Powerpoint / Google Slides

Experience partnering with Product or Engineering teams is a plus
