About the Role

As an Integrations Developer at Anthropic, youll be instrumental in powering our go-to-market operations by architecting and implementing scalable integrations that streamline our business systems and automate critical processes. Youll work both autonomously and collaboratively to design robust technical solutions that drive our business growth, partnering closely with Data and Engineering teams alongside business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into flexible, secure, and scalable integrations. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency by enabling key functionality such as automating our quote-to-order process, seamlessly integrating business systems, and optimizing our revenue operations - all while shaping our integration architecture to support Anthropics evolution as a fast-growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Build Salesforce integrations with downstream systems (Stripe, Forge, and Metronome) in order to automate quote-to-case processes
• Build and own other business-impacting integrations with Salesforce and other business systems (examples being Hubspot, Iterable, or Clay) in order to automate time-consuming tasks and provide key reporting data or insights to the business
• Implement monitoring and alerting on critical system integrations
• Ensure integrations are secure and compliant
• Responsible for maintenance of the integrations and ensuring data quality across systems
• Partner with teams across the company like Data and Engineering to coordinate on upstream and downstream dependencies of the integrations as well as building in line with the company’s engineering best practices and infrastructure
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to deeply understand operational workflows and technical requirements

The expected salary range for this position is :

180,000 - $220,000 USD

Logistics

Education requirements : We require at least a Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Location-based hybrid policy : Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.

Visa sponsorship : We do sponsor visas! However, we arent able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
