Licensed HEDIS Specialist

A company is looking for a HEDIS Specialist to supervise and facilitate interventions for behavioral health HEDIS and Pay for Performance measures.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to improve compliance with behavioral health HEDIS metrics

Prepare financial impact presentations for initiatives requiring additional funding

Monitor the effectiveness of HEDIS initiatives and analyze data for quality improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in nursing, a related field, or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience in case and / or utilization management in a healthcare setting

Knowledge of behavioral or physical health related HEDIS & performance measures

Preferred supervisory or lead experience

Current state's unrestricted license as a LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD, PsyD, or RN preferred
