We provide customers across the entire credit spectrum access to financing and refinancing programs with competitive rates and flexible terms through our direct-to-consumer and dealer programs. We want every customer to have access to financing for their dream ride. We have an immediate need for a Titles Specialist II to join our team located in Irving, TX. You will support the titling needs for the organization for Motorcycle, Powersports, RV and Marine assets. This role is ONSITE Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 830am -530pm. There may be some weekend hours.

Your day as a Titles Specialist

As a Titles Specialist II at Ironhorse Funding LLC, you will be instrumental in supporting the titling and collateral needs of the company and its clients. This role requires you to complete essential tasks necessary for securing the company’s interest in financed collateral, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines. You will be responsible for sending completed document packages to title vendors, submitting lien estimates for refinance loans, and maintaining timely updates in the title management system.

Your ability to effectively communicate with customers and manage outstanding title issues will enhance the world's best service provided by Ironhorse. The role involves collaboration with leadership and peers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes while adhering to the company’s core values. To thrive as a Titles Specialist II at Ironhorse Funding LLC, a unique set of skills and experiences are essential. Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years in customer service and administrative roles, with a preference for candidates who have titles experience of 2+ years. Attention to detail is crucial, as accuracy is paramount in securing collateral interests.

Strong time management and organizational skills will enable you to handle tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while being adaptable to change. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required for documentation and reporting, alongside effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with sales teams, dealers, customers, and peers. Additionally, a desire to provide exceptional service and the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a dynamic team will contribute to your success in this role.
