Stillman College invites applications for a full-time nine-month faculty position in Management within the School of Business beginning Fall 2026 (or as negotiated). The College seeks a

collaborative student-focused educator committed to excellence in teaching scholarship and service.

Job Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses in Management including Principles of Management Organizational Behavior Human Resource Management Strategic Management and related courses
• Advise and mentor business students particularly Management majors
• Participate in curriculum review and development aligned with contemporary industry practices
• Contribute to assessment and accreditation activities consistent with IACBE standards
• Engage in scholarly and professional development to enhance teaching and subject matter expertise
• Participate in School of Business and College-wide committees recruitment initiatives and community engagement
