Healthcare Informatics Analyst

A company is looking for an Informatics Business Analyst to serve as a liaison between business operations and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive business requirements and translate them into functional and technical requests for developers

Map end-to-end business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements

Perform root cause analysis of system and data issues and support user acceptance testing (UAT)

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, informatics, or equivalent experience preferred

5+ years of experience with healthcare claims and eligibility systems, including knowledge of regulatory requirements

3-5 years of experience with Scrum methodologies

Proficient in SQL within Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases

Hands-on familiarity with EDI healthcare transactions and eligibility / claims workflows
