Global Director of Financial Reporting

Carolina PRG is partnering with a $1B+ Manufacturing HQ to help them create a “Best in Class” Corporate Accounting Team! The Global Financial Reporting Director reports to the VP, Corporate Controller and will have a hand in creating the corporate accounting structure, team, and processes.

Position Overview : The Global Director of Financial Reporting will oversee and lead the financial reporting functions of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial statement, lender, and board reporting preparation procedures. This role involves managing the Financial Reporting team, coordinating with FP&A, leading projects within the department, and implementing best practices to support the company’s reporting processes. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership capabilities, accounting and reporting experience, and works proactively to drive results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Global Director of Financial Reporting will report to and work closely with the Corporate Controller and others in the organization in development, documentation, and implementation of global accounting policies and financial reporting policies and processes.
