We have physical offices in San Francisco, CA and Austin, TX, for US employees who prefer to work in an office some or all of the time.

About your role

Our Financial Reporting team is responsible for preparing financial reports in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). You will build processes and train a fast-growing team that provides best in class customer service. We are looking for a strong systems thinker & people leader who is eager to be in a fast-paced, team-based environment and act as a player / coach. This role will involve a combination of direct customer-facing work, process creation and team leadership.

What you’ll do

• Prepare financial statements for our fund clients, including providing relevant support to clients and external auditors as needed
• Create, build and improve our financial statement templates. Maintain and update a template library for use by all team members
• Train and lead a team of financial reporting specialists
• Collaborate with fund accounting to optimize processes and handoffs
• Handle challenging customer situations and improve customer satisfaction
• Review team deliverables for accuracy and ensure SLAs are being met
• Build systems and process to ensure we are tracking important team and customer data
