Eco Dental & Wellness is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Dental Assistant to join our compassionate, patient-centered team. We’re a modern private practice focused on providing exceptional care that supports our patients’ overall health and wellbeing.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled RDA who is ready to lead with kindness, confidence, and purpose while mentoring others in a collaborative, positive environment.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday : 8 : 30 AM–5 : 30 PM

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality chairside assistance during all dental procedures
• Oversee and mentor junior assistants, offering guidance and training
• Ensure sterilization, OSHA, and infection control compliance
• Manage and organize lab cases to ensure accuracy and timely completion
• Assist in patient education and communication to promote overall wellness
• Fabricate in-house crowns and onlays
• Take X-rays, iTero scans, and CBCTs
• Oversee inventory, place orders, and track maintenance tasks (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Delegate responsibilities effectively to maintain a smooth daily workflow
