Job Responsibilities

• Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams : Collaborate with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and holistic treatment.
• Educate Patients and Caregivers : Instruct families and patients on therapy methods that promote continued progress outside of sessions.
• Track and Record Progress : Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment strategies to maintain a focus on individual goals.
