• Sr Project Manager 2 - IN PERSON IVS ONLY                           Location :  Richmond, VA(Onsite) ON SITE 4-5 days a week REQUIRED Job ID : 755502 Interview Mode : In Person Only (Face to face interview)    Purpose of Position : The Virginia State Police is looking for a Project Manager with 10+ years of experience implementing IT projects.
• The project manager is responsible for managing the project scope, schedule, budget, other project management artifacts and reporting to VSP HR management.
• The project manager will assist the VSP HR Division staff in responding to external agency partners and vendors, coordinating tasks assigned to VSP, and ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and meet key deadlines.
• PMP Certification is desired.
• Experience with human resource management systems is a plus.
• Process optimization, awareness of best practices, and change management experience is highly preferred.
• Must possess strong oral / written communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.

Should have the ability to manage shifting priorities.   KSA’s and / or Competencies required to successfully perform the work :

PMP and or VITA PM certification highly desirable.   Daily Responsibilities :
