Change Manager

Do you want to drive an exciting company wide initiative? We are hiring a Change Manager to join our organization in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (Hybrid)!

The Change Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that change initiatives meet objectives on time and within budget by increasing employee and stakeholder adoption and usage. This role focuses on the people side of change-addressing changes to business processes, systems, technologies, job roles, and organizational structures.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement change management plans for projects and initiatives.
• Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Create and execute communication, training, coaching, and resistance management plans.
• Support and coach leaders and managers to act as effective change sponsors.
• Track and report adoption, utilization, and proficiency metrics.
• Analyze unsuccessful changes and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align change efforts with business goals.

Qualifications Needed :

This is a Contract position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00 / hr.
