Safety, Health & Environmental Specialist

Location : Charlotte, NC

Crandall Corporation is seeking a motivated Safety, Health & Environmental Specialist to join our compliance team. This role combines technical expertise with client-facing work, helping businesses strengthen workplace safety, meet OSHA / EPA / DOT requirements, and protect the environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain safety, health, and environmental plans.
Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
Deliver engaging compliance training to groups of all sizes.
Support clients with permits, documentation, and reporting.
Travel to client sites across the Southeast (with some overnight stays).

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree preferred (science / environmental focus preferred).

Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT regulations.

Excellent communication and people skills.

Proficiency with MS Office; strong attention to detail.

Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
