Overview :
The Sales Account Specialist is tasked with nurturing and expanding client relationships within assigned territories, delivering efficient and scalable solutions for local and regional clients. By concentrating on proactive client management and providing customized services, the Sales Account Specialist will boost account retention and revenue growth. The role includes client engagement to comprehend regional requirements, coordination with internal teams for effective service delivery, and maximizing customer satisfaction through ongoing follow-up.
Responsibilities :
- Builds and strengthens relationships with existing accounts while establishing connections with new clients, providing informed recommendations on product offerings to meet client needs.
- Identifies and generates leads for potential accounts to drive new revenue.
- Explores existing parent accounts for opportunities to expand services.
- Secures new projects and sites from current parent accounts.
- Identifies opportunities to attract competitor customers to our products.
- Boosts product and unit sales beyond the initial scope.
- Collaborates with internal teams to ensure availability of equipment, timely delivery, and proper servicing.
- Develops account plans within assigned territories, pinpointing growth opportunities and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Achieves or surpasses regional revenue goals.
- Provides customized solutions that align with client needs and maximize cross-selling or upselling potential within accounts.
- Builds and maintains effective communication and problem resolution strategies for clients in the region, ensuring proactive support for ongoing projects.

Qualifications : Education :
4-Year / Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of sales experience.Experience :
A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years of outside sales experience or a comparable combination of education, training, and work experience.Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Willingness to travel more than 35% of the time.Possession of reliable transportation for client visits.Knowledge of equipment rental agreements and coordination.Able to manage multiple clients at various sales process stages while ensuring high-quality service.Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to recommend effective solutions.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Adept at building and nurturing strong client relationships.Adaptable and quick to learn in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative mindset with the ability to develop strong partnerships with colleagues.Skilled in effective client communication and presentations, with an emphasis on regional client relationships and local account management.Familiarity with sales processes and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for managing sales activities and supporting business development.Able to balance multiple clients within a region, quickly adapting to changing priorities or client needs while maintaining service quality.Physical Requirements :
This role involves minimal to moderate physical activity, including extended periods sitting in a vehicle or at a desk, as well as standing and walking during site visits.This position operates partly in a standard office environment.The role requires extended driving to client sites, exposing the employee to varying weather conditions, temperature changes, dust, fumes, loud noises, and uneven terrain.Must be able to handle and control objects or tools as part of job responsibilities.Makes use of vision to see details of objects at close range.Must be able to communicate clearly and understand speech from others.Ability to focus on specific sounds while ignoring background noise.Ability to discern sounds and recognize differences among them.Able to perceive distinctions between colors, shades, and brightness.Benefit Summary :

Within this range, individual pay is determined by geographic location, job-related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our compensation package includes base pay along with a comprehensive benefits program.
The salary range is $63,000.00 - $94,600.00 per year.
