We are seeking an FP&A Lead Financial Analyst to join our team and play a key role in driving financial planning, reporting, and business insights. This role will partner closely with leadership to support strategic decision-making through financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that help guide business performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance, provide insight and contribute to strategic decision making
• Prepare insightful management reports and presentations for key stakeholders
• Partner with various business units to understand financial needs and provide recommendations
• Create accurate forecasts, budgets and financial models to support the business and wider growth objectives
• Drive continuous process improvement within the FP&A function

Key Tasks :

Qualification and Experience :

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Financial Analyst / Accountant holding a professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA), with previous experience of :

Systems Experience :

Salary range $95,000.00- $100,000.00 USD. Bonus Eligible. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
