Facilities Technician

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Facilities Technician position include :

• 3–5 years of experience in building maintenance, trades, or technical facility roles, especially with HVAC systems
• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational certifications in mechanical systems preferred
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems
• Diagnose and repair facility issues, using volunteers first when possible
• Manage preventative maintenance schedules, safety systems, and documentation
• Oversee key distribution, fire safety, and vendor coordination
• Must be physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform hands-on repairs and maintenance
• Available to work Sundays and occasional evenings as needed
• Must be able to pass a background check

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
