Join our North America Reliability Maintenance & Engineering team as a dynamic Regional Maintenance Manager. You will lead operations, drive safety initiatives, and guide field teams in developing decision-making tools for site managers. Your mission is to evaluate Fulfillment Center RME departments, implement proven practices to improve reliability metrics, champion workplace safety, maximize equipment uptime, and optimize operational costs in our fast-paced fulfillment network.

Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of technicians in maintaining and troubleshooting Material Handling Equipment (MHE) systems, conveyors, and sorters.
• Execute preventive maintenance programs and manage vendor relationships.
• Oversee capital projects and ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Provide technical leadership to facilities maintenance teams.
• Manage maintenance acceptance for large-scale projects.
• Lead remotely and manage multiple sites / buildings with 400-800 indirect reports.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $130,900.00 - $196,200.00 / yr. We offer a dynamic work environment that values innovation and excellence.
