Senior Wholesale Underwriter

A company is looking for a Senior Wholesale Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

Underwrite loans in accordance with company and investor guidelines

Analyze collateral and credit information to ensure compliance and identify risk factors

Communicate with clients and teams to resolve outstanding issues and maintain knowledge of investor guidelines

Required Qualifications

Five plus years of FHA mortgage underwriting work experience

FHA Direct Endorsement designation and / or VA SAR designation highly preferred

DU and LP experience required

Paperless Loan Origination System experience preferred

Experience working in a paperless environment preferred
