What You Get To Do :

You will supervise one or more storage venues with a focus on exceeding service, safety, and quality expectations. You will be responsible for generating significant revenue volume while also fostering a positive atmosphere and ensuring the highest level of Ambassador performance and guest service. You will :

• Oversee and assist in the receiving, labeling, storage, and distribution of all warehouse goods.
• Responsible for inventory quality and control of merchandise and culinary products.
• Communicate daily with all levels of leadership.
• Process daily paperwork in SAP or MMS system.
• Assist Warehouse leader with the training of ambassadors and assistant supervisors while ensuring and complying with all SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards.
• Supervise and counsel ambassadors and assistant supervisors will be ensuring proper training and development in accordance with SEA guidelines.
• Complete appropriate paperwork and administer developmental documentation.
• Establish and maintain a positive atmosphere which ensures the highest level of ambassador engagement.
• Comply with the area opening and closing procedures and ensure all ambassadors and assistant supervisor complete tasks within a timely manner.
• Consistently practice safe work habits including the use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), lifting, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment for guests and ambassadors.
• Maintain and enforce company standards and policies.

What It Takes To Succeed :

Compensation : 19.25 USD Hourly
