As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol residential locations to help create a secure environment for residents and visitors. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, respond to emergencies. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with any security-related concerns that arise. Conduct regular and random patrols of the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment. Monitor for any unusual activity or potential hazards throughout the location and report findings according to Allied Universal protocols. Document all incidents, observations, and interactions in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures. Collaborate with property management and local law enforcement as needed to address security-related issues or concerns. Assist residents, guests, and staff by providing information, directions, and support as needed during patrols or while on site.

Minimum Requirements :

At least one year of security-related experience is required. Alarm panel, access control or badge, and customer service experience are preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
