As Team Lead, you will work to create the comfortable and safe environment our patients have come to expect by ensuring all assigned facility areas are clean, fully stocked and organized. Your efforts help enhance the Cleveland Clinic experience and assist other caregivers in providing attentive patient care.

A caregiver in this position works evenings, Monday - Friday 4 : 00pm - 12 : 30am, with rotating weekends and holidays.

A caregiver who excels in this role will :

• Conduct general training for new caregivers in floor care, wall washing, carpet cleaning and special procedures.
• Clean patient rooms and other assigned areas daily, including collecting and removing trash, changing bed linens and sanitizing all surfaces.
• Follow policies and procedures on patient isolation.
• Stock paper items and other supplies in patient rooms as necessary or designated.
• Maintain cart and equipment in clean, working condition and store in appropriate storage area when finished with shift.

Pay Range Minimum hourly : $15.25 Maximum hourly : $19.60 The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
