• This role is fully onsite in our Mesa, AZ office Mon-Fri
• The Account Manager (AM) serves as the strategic partner for Customer Admins and Key Users, ensuring optimal setup, adoption, and ongoing success with TicketManager.
• AMs are responsible for managing customer relationships, supporting system operations, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive value and resolve issues.
• This role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on proactive engagement and continuous improvement.
