Job Description :

The UPS Global Revenue Operations team is seeking passionate, ambitious undergraduate students for their internship program. Global Revenue Operations supports the entirety of the Sales business unit.

This internship program provides an excellent learning environment, and UPS is seeking talented interns who are excited to learn new skills and aren't afraid to tackle big projects. With access to leadership staff and mentors, the interns will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects.

Potential Workgroups

• Sales Operations - International and US centric teams focused on supporting the Global Sales Senior Leaders and the Global Salesforce.
• Global Sales Training - Focuses on sales methodology and delivery of said methodology to develop the skillsets of our Global Salesforce.
• Talent Management - Supports the employee lifecycle by continuously identifying enhancements for the Onboarding, Retention, and Separation processes.
• Analytics - Processes data and shares insight to better support UPS business goals.
• Sales Planning & Performance - Providing systems and administrative support to the Sales Planning & Performance team.
