As Senior Associate / Product Manager - Inclusive Communications Capabilities (Translations), you will define tools and workflows that ensure multilingual content and member interactions are accurate, timely, compliant and delivered in the language of choice for our customers.

This role is central to enabling scalable, inclusive communications that support health equity, regulatory compliance, and member trust across digital, print, and telephonic channels.

This role supports the development of translation and interpretation capabilities, ensuring that member communications are available in the preferred language and format. You'll collaborate with compliance, operations, vendor, and campaign teams to ensure language access standards-such as CMS guidelines and state-specific requirements-are consistently met. Compliance & Audit Readiness

Ensure all language access solutions comply with CMS requirements and enterprise accessibility standards

Maintain rigorous documentation and transparent records of translation and interpretation activities to support audit readiness and regulatory reviews

Support enterprise reporting needs, including tracking of translated communications and language preference fulfillment

AI Enablement & Innovation

Evaluate GenAI tools for automated translation and interpretation, ensuring outputs meet linguistic, cultural, and compliance standards

Support compliance with automated risk detection and sentiment analysis to identify potential issues and improve member experience

Stay informed on emerging technologies in intelligent automation, multilingual content management, and inclusive design

Continuous Improvement & Best Practices

Monitor vendor performance, translation accuracy, interpretation service quality, and member satisfaction
