The Landscape Supervisor supports the Landscape Director in overseeing the community’s landscape operations, with a focus on daily supervision of staff, contractors, and maintenance activities. This role is responsible for ensuring that common areas are well-maintained, safe, and visually appealing while fostering a high level of service and resident satisfaction. The Landscape Supervisor also assists with irrigation management, vendor coordination, and seasonal projects, while mentoring team members and promoting CCMC’s core values of Integrity, Respect, Service, and Community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise daily landscape operations, including the work of in-house staff, horticulturists, and contracted service providers.
• Inspect common areas regularly to ensure quality standards, safety, and adherence to community landscaping protocols.
• Support the Landscape Director in managing vendor contracts, monitoring performance, and coordinating seasonal projects and enhancements.
• Assist with irrigation oversight, including scheduling, monitoring system performance, and coordinating repairs.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate landscape personnel, ensuring productivity, safety, and adherence to best practices.
• Track and report daily activities, maintenance needs, and performance issues to the Landscape Director.
• Respond to resident inquiries and support customer service efforts related to landscaping.
• Ensure landscaped areas are prepared for community events, seasonal changes, and special projects.
