Job descriptionSupervise and direct Track Attendants during operational hours Ensure all safety briefings are performed and safety protocols are enforced Respond quickly to on-track incidents, mechanical issues, or unsafe behavior Maintain communication between the track, pit area, front desk, and management Assist with training new team members on race procedures and safety guidelines Monitor kart performance, assign maintenance tasks, and report service needs Lead pit operations, control race timing, lights, and manage guest flow Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entire track area Qualifications : Previous experience in attractions, safety operations, or go-kart facilities preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to remain calm and decisive in fast-paced, high-pressure situations Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and respond to emergencies quickly Attention to detail and commitment to enforcing safety rules Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required Powered by JazzHR

- This role supports the Track Attendant team, ensures guest and employee safety, and delivers an exciting, well-organized race experience every time.
