A prestigious and highly respected, and well-sestablished Litigation Law Firm in Downtown Fort Lauderdale is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant for a temporary or temp-to-hire opportunity.

Position Requirements :
3–5 years of litigation experience , with full case management from intake to trial.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in scheduling , e-Filing , and legal document management .
Experience handling medical records : requesting, organizing, and summarizing.
Skilled in drafting and filing pleadings, motions , and other legal documents.
Knowledge of discovery processes and preparation for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials .
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common legal software platforms .
Spanish bilingual ability is a plus , but not required.
