Job Description :

As Morning Opener / Floater at Little Duckling Early Learning you will be vital in ensuring a welcoming and smooth beginning to each day. Your responsibilities will include greeting parents and children warmly, setting up classrooms providing an inviting tone, and providing ratio support in classrooms as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

Warmly greet parents and children, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Support classroom activities and transitions, ensuring safety and engagement.

Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety standards throughout the center.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED is required. CDA or higher is preferred.

Previous experience in childcare center is desirable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Must be dependable.

Must be 18 years of age.

Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen

Hours :

Monday - Friday 4-6 hours per day between the hours of 6am - 1pm.

Payscale : $12.50-$16.00 per hour based on education and experience
