Job Summary

Ensures workstations meet all safety, 1+5S and TPM requirements by being actively involved with the assessment of all workstations per Quality and 1+5S guidelinesReviews all Method Sheets that apply to work performed within the department and facilitates training of all employees per proper Method Sheets and Training Procedures with HRFacilitates proper scanning of work orders within the Oracle Production System to ensure accurate production reporting and inventory; ensures all rework tickets are filled out and turned in to the proper departmentInfluences team members by displaying a positive proactive work ethic that sets the standards for maintaining a safe, productive work environment while setting and maintaining high quality standards and striving for continuous improvementFunctions as a working production team member as neededMaintains First5 Boards and conducts First5 Meeting in Supervisors absenceFacilitates and helps maintain all lean enterprise initiatives, 1+5S, TPM, VSM requirementsSigns off on all completed department outbound production prior to movement to the next level of productionPerforms other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Team LeaderNotes : Must have five years of hands on industrial manufacturing, experience, preferably in rotating equipment applications
