About Us

We are a FedEx Ground Independent Service Provider (ISP) based out of the Riviera Beach

terminal, serving customers in the Port St. Lucie area.

Our team is committed to safe, reliable, and on-time delivery. We are seeking a full-time

Business Contact (BC) / Manager to manage daily field operations and lead our driver team.

Role Overview

The BC is our operations manager in the field. This role ensures that drivers are dispatched

successfully each morning, deliveries and pickups run smoothly throughout the day, and safety

and service standards are met. You’ll be the critical link between drivers, FedEx management,

and ownership.

Responsibilities

 Lead morning driver dispatch from the Riviera Beach terminal.

 Oversee daily delivery operations in Port St. Lucie.

 Coach, support, and hold drivers accountable for safety and service.

 Handle service exceptions and customer concerns.

 Ensure compliance with DOT and FedEx policies.

 Communicate clearly with drivers, ownership, and terminal staff.

Qualifications

 Prior leadership, logistics, or transportation experience preferred.

 Strong communication and decision-making skills.

 Ability to coach drivers and lead by example.

 DOT / FMCSA knowledge a plus.

 Dependable, professional, and problem-solving mindset.

Schedule

 Full-time role with early mornings at the terminal.

 Weekend and peak-season availability required.
