Salesforce Engineer

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Salesforce Engineer to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for leading change management and implementing configuration changes as needed within the Salesforce platform. The majority of your time in this position will be spent on custom Salesforce configurations, with some escalated Tier 3 Salesforce ticketing support for internal end u . This requires strong communication and the ability to interview end u on their customization requests and working to configure these changes.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer

Well-versed in making configuration changes within the Sales Cloud Module

Experience in the Service Cloud Module

Experience implementing validation rules

Experience leading change management for the SalesForce platform

Strong communication and ability to work directly with Executives and Stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Someone who has experience working through a backlog of configuration changes in the Sales Module of Salesforce

APEX Development experience

SalesForce Certifications
