What You Will Do :
Follow safety policies to provide a safe workplace for all employees and supports the guiding principles of Goal Zero. Drive culture of safety; Report safety observations / incidents.Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in current and new customers, including plant facilities and executives. Leverage external network to pursue business opportunities within assigned accounts.Achieve annual sales target (YOY increase in sales and GM) by working collaboratively on targeting new business opportunities through application of professional selling and planning techniquesLeverage extensive product, service and market knowledge in customer dialogue. Monitor local and regional competition, market shares and pricing within assigned account.Provide support to leadership for the Annual Business Review (i.e. create presentations and provide required information on own customer base). Assist site lead in developing profit improvement projects for client.Manage sales opportunities pyramid and provide accurate and up to date monthly updates.Monitor, track and maintain adequate field chemical inventories. Assist with collection of samples and conduct laboratory analysis whenever needed. Provide advanced analytics and delivery of all reports required by customerSupport in leading Chemical development and qualification with customer and support in conducting the required Bottle testing and chemical field trials.Work as part of a wider team including our SME’s and marketing managers to support lab testing and develop fit for purpose products to our customersExecute account sales plans under regular supervision of senior leaders. Develop awareness of account profitability and overall health of account.Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.Exhibit technical proficiency in a specified job area according to business group.Recommend changes in chemical dosages, flow rates, or equipment. Report changes and / or problems to AM and / or DM and then to the customer.Minimum Education and Experience :
BS in Engineering preferred in Chemical, petroleum engineering or chemistry background.Minimum of 7 years of experience in the oil and gas field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development and building customer relationshipP / L management experience.Knowledge and experience in the oil field chemicals applications is mandatory for this job. This shall include but not limited to asset integrity and flow assurance chemical applications like PPD, Scale and corrosion inhibition, Emulsion breakers, Biocide etc.Thorough understanding of Oil and Gas upstream and well understanding of Oil & Gas surface processing facilities and chemical dosing program. Knowledge in well drilling and completion chemical treatment is a plus.Thorough experience in Oil & Gas Market. Knowledge in project engineering consultancy and EPC is a plus.Knowledge of general confidential information policies, procedures and regulations that governs employee and employer confidentiality, and of company confidentiality policies and procedures.Willingness to travel domestically across various locations as required.About Us :
