Summary

Department : RMC 5 NW Ortho Neuro
Shift Timings : 19 : 00-07 : 30 Hours 3 days 12 hour shift (Monday- Friday)
Per Week : 36 Hours
Ortho-Neuro-tele unit 30 beds ratio 1 : 5 plus admissions / discharges May float to like units dependent on census / staffing work every other weekend and every other holiday; weekend sick calls require make up the following weekend EPIC BLS-ACLS-NIHSS
Every other weekend and rotating holiday coverage required.

Responsibilities

Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.

Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.

Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
