Job Description

Oversee multiple healthcare projects and project teams. Manage client relationships and high-level project decisions. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Drive profitability and mentor junior staff. Participate in business development and preconstruction planning.

The Successful Applicant

8+ years of experience in commercial construction (healthcare preferred). Proven leadership and strategic planning skills. Deep understanding of healthcare codes and infection control. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
