We are currently seeking to hire a Sales / Sales Management professional to join our team. The role involves overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
  • Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
  • Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
  • Report on team and individual performance
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
  • Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Qualifications

  • Self-starter with strong initiative
  • Success-oriented and results-focused
  • Coachable; willing to be trained and receive constructive feedback
  • Service-oriented; prioritizes client and team needs
  • Career-minded and committed for the long haul
  • Prior experience with supplemental health insurance is not required

    • Compensation

    100% commission structure, plus monthly bonuses. Weekly pay.
