Role Description
Capitolis is looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer and other members of the executive leadership team. This individual will enable the COO and broader executive team to operate efficiently and stay focused on strategic priorities by providing exceptional administrative support. This individual will also serve as backup to the CEO.
The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned C-Level Executive Assistant who is energized by supporting the day-to-day operations of dynamic leaders in a fast-paced environment. This person must be highly organized, proactive, dependable, and conscientious.
This role reports directly to the COO and is based in our New York City headquarters-just one block from Bryant Park and Grand Central.

Requirements
The target annual base salary range for this position is $135,000- $145,000 and is dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, job-related experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skills. In addition to base salary, the compensation package for this role includes an annual discretionary bonus and company equity. This role is also eligible to participate in company-sponsored benefits and perks.
