As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNC's Asset Management Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Dallas, TX or Birmingham, AL. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.

As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant, you will be part of an Agile engineering team where you will be responsible for technical research and analysis within our Asset Management Tech line of business

Due to the nature of this position we are seeking passionate Business Systems Analysts.

Candidates should have experience with the following :

• Partner effectively with the Product Owners in Asset Management.
• Conduct research and analysis for feature development.
• Guide or actively engage in backlog refinement (grooming) sessions to ensure a shared understanding of upcoming work.
• Prioritize backlog items based on their business value, alignment with project goals, and urgency.
• Financial Services industry knowledge.

Job Description

Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.

Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements .

Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; Enhanced system productivity, as needed .

Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results .

Analyzes, defines and documents clients requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges, as necessary .

Pay Transparency

Base Salary : $55,000.00 – $120,750.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and / or individual performance.
