Wind Hub Manager
The Wind Hub Manager reports to the Service Director and is a strategic role accountable for building long term relationships with customers, driving optimized operations, fiscal management, and hub safety. Overall scope includes leading a hub team, managing daily hub operations, turbine output, as well as exemplifying excellence in leadership, safety, quality control, and financial oversight. The Wind Hub Manager partners closely with the customer and ensures alignment with GE operational excellence.
Essential Responsibilities
As the Wind Hub Manager at Nimbus you will :
Provide leadership to support multi-site service hub- Initiate and support staffing requirements, coaching, training, and corrective action concerning employees and contracted partners; and succession planning.
Customer focused approach to build long term relationships with customers to deliver business objectives and meet contractual requirements.
Escalate customer concerns with priority
Prioritize turbine performance to meet / exceed performance commitments.
Be innovative and engaged in all areas of facility operations aligned with individual site plans to include creative problem solving with LEAN thinking.
Drive safety focus
Strong functional knowledge in Operations and Maintenance best industry practices, planning, organizing, coordinating, executing, and controlling the wind hub activities, productivity improvements, operational excellence in outage management. Strong leadership skills, ability to embrace and adapt to change and influence others.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $91,400.00 and $152,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
