Job Overview :

Trinitas Emergency Department is one of the busiest in the state with more than 73,000 emergency visits annually.

Our newly renovated Emergency Room has a total of 45 treatment rooms with separate treatment areas for families, children and seniors.

The Patient Transporter is responsible for transporting in-patients via wheelchair, stretcher, and / or bed to designated test areas within the hospital adhering to all safety and departmental policies, procedures and protocols.

Qualifications : Required :

• Ability to speak, write, read and understand the English language required
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs independently
• Attend all mandatory hospital and departmental training
