The Department of Pediatrics at the University of IllinoisCollege of Medicine at Peoria (UICOMP) seeks Pediatric Neurology physician forone position at the level of Assistant / Associate Professor orProfessor / Physician Surgeon of Pediatrics or of Clinical Pediatrics to enhancea growing division. The positions require 2 years of Pediatrics Residency and 3years of Neurology Fellowship and can be tenure or non-tenure. Candidates must be BC / BE in Pediatrics andPediatric Neurology and will hold or be eligible for an Illinois physician'slicense.
The ideal Child Neurology candidate will be BC / BE in Pediatricsor in Neurology with a Pediatric Neurology concentration and will hold or haveapplied for an Illinois physician's license. The position includes patient care services, teaching medical studentsand residents, and opportunities to pursue research.

Position Summary
The Pediatric Neurologist will provide clinical services both in-patient and out-patient primarily at OSF Healthcare Children's Hospital of Illinois. They will be responsible for teaching medical students and residents. Scholarly work activity (research, quality improvement, and advocacy) is expected but tailored to the faculty member's interests.
