• Conduct resident assessments and contribute to care planning and evaluations\n
• Implement and monitor nursing interventions based on individual care plans\n
• Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to develop personalized care plans\nWhat You'll Need\n
• Active NE RN License\n
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing\n
• Long-Term Care experience preferred but not required\n
• New Grads are welcome!\n
• Requires strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments\n
