About the Opportunity :

Join a growing construction company known for its high-quality projects and collaborative culture. The Staff Accountant will play a key role in supporting daily accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial records across multiple job sites.

Responsibilities :

• Assist with job cost accounting, WIP schedules, and project billings
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and general ledger reconciliations
• Support month-end close and financial statement preparation
• Manage accounts payable / receivable, vendor statements, and lien waivers
• Track fixed assets and depreciation schedules
• Collaborate with project managers to reconcile budget vs. actual costs
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and GAAP
