Job description

Now hiring for Nurse Managers, Medical Intensive Care Unit, Critical Care Step Down, and a Cardiac Pulmonary Care Unit Nurse Manager for On site Nursing Manager positions in Brooklyn, NY.

Shift

  • Mon Fri, 8 hrs Day shift 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm

Required Qualifications

  • BSN degree and MSN degree is required. We are prepared to meet with a candidate who is currently enrolled in an MSN program and will be graduating in a year
  • Current New York State Licensed Registered Nurse
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Current ACLS and PALS certifications required as well
  • At least 3 5 years experience as a Nurse Manager
  • Progressive leadership experience required in the areas for which we are recruiting.

    • Preferred Qualification

  • Critical Care Nurse (CCRN) Certification

    • Ideal Candidate

  • Must have 3-5 years experience
  • Must have leadership experience
  • Proactive, communicative, able to work in fast-paced environment

    • Reporting Structure

    Reports to AVP, Education and Critical Care & Telemetry, Nursing

    Responsibility

  • Total # of FTEs 34 with another Manager ( MICU )
  • Total # of FTE's - 38 with another Manager (Cardiac)
  • Total # of FTEs 38 with another Manager
